Our Women of ITSM Membership packages are tiered. 

 

You've got your general membership: Empower Your Basics. This level is free and you will be able to access the following:

  • Forum: Connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and find answers to your pressing ITSM questions.

  • Magazine: Stay updated with the latest trends, insights, and stories from thought-leaders in the industry.

This membership is ideal for those looking to stay informed and connected.  

 

The next level up from Empower Your Basics is the Flourishing Founding Member. This level has a yearly fee of £390 and you will be able to: 

  • Have all 'Empower Your Basics' benefits.

  • Access to Exclusive Training: Gain access to specialised training sessions tailored to your career advancement.

  • Take part in a Mentorship Programmes: Receive guidance from experienced mentors who can help you navigate your ITSM career.

  • Join Monthly Group Mentoring & Coaching Calls:  Learn and share in your group which will be facilitated and led by the co-founders Sophie and Lucy. 

  • Dive into the Resource Library: Explore an extensive collection of resources to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Invitations to Events: Participate in exclusive events, workshops, and webinars designed to broaden your professional network, skill base - both technical and power skills. 

  • Find your Next Move: Gain exclusive access to the WOITSM jobs board (coming soon). 

 

This membership level is perfect for those who want to be accountable and take an active role in their professional development.

If you're registering through your company, whether you're self-employed or on PAYE, and need an invoice for your records or finance department, we understand and are here to help. Simply complete our SIGN UP form. Once your payment has been processed, you'll gain access to the 'Membership Lounge' where you can edit your account details, password and start to use and benefit from the Women of ITSM platform.

If you need support creating a business case or need some wording when asking your employer to contribute to your membership, we've got you. We have created a word document, that you download and edit. 

Founding Member
we can't do it alone. 

Where, we might be the Women of ITSM - we don't exclude. So yes, those who identify as male, can join us too. We have introduced an Allyship Alliance tier to our membership options: Support and Be Supported. This is for the people who do not identify as a woman and would like to, well, support and be supported. Like the 'Flourishing Founding Member' - there is a fee associated to this package.

As an ally to Women of ITSM, this means you will have access and ability to: 

 

  • Join the Mentoring Hub: Engage in our mentoring programme, either as a mentor or mentee, and make a real difference.

  • Contribution Opportunities: Share your expertise by contributing to our magazine and forum discussions.

For further information, please read the Women of ITSM Allyship Policy. It is our duty to protect our female members, so there will a very short application process. On the odd occasion, you may be asked to attend an interview with one (or both) of the co-founders and/or current 'Support and Be Supported' Member.
