Creating a Safe Space: All members must contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. This includes treating all members with dignity, respect, and equality.

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or gross misconduct will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund. Our priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our members.
Mandatory Training

Allyship Training: All male allies are required to complete our allyship training program. This training is designed to educate and empower you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support and advocate for women in ITSM.

Mentoring Training: As part of your role, you may be involved in our mentoring program. Therefore, it is mandatory to attend mentoring training sessions to ensure you are well-prepared to provide meaningful and constructive support to your mentees.

Reporting and Accountability

Reporting Misconduct: If you witness or experience any form of misconduct, report it immediately to the Women of ITSM leadership team. We take all reports seriously and will act promptly to address any issues.

Accountability: Members are accountable for their actions. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in appropriate consequences, including possible termination of membership without refund.
Termination of Membership
In cases of gross misconduct or violation of this policy, Women of ITSM reserves the right to terminate membership immediately. Terminated members will not be eligible for a refund of their membership fees. This strict stance underscores our commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all members.
